What is your background?

I am a US Army Veteran and served in Afghanistan. When I came home I wanted to get involved in the public safety industry and started upfitting police vehicles at a large shop in Massachusetts. From there I worked my way through the industry as a Technician, Shop Manager, Sales Manager, Manufacturer Rep and lastly as a General Manager of a new shop. I enjoy pushing the limits of technology and finding ways to make first responders jobs easier and safer.

What do you do at HiViz?

Describe your day-to-day: It’s kind of like running in three directions at once, organized chaos. I coordinate tasks between marketing, engineering and operations to help keep the warning light portfolio fresh and make sure we are meeting the needs of first responders.

What drew you to HiViz?

The team seemed to have fun at work while also turning out incredible technology and amazing customer service. 

Where are you from originally?

I have lived all over the country, most recently, Kentucky. I call Massachusetts home though.

Tell us a fun fact about yourself:

My dad taught me to sail when I was 10 years old. It’s been a few years, but I still love getting out on the water.

Would you rather live in a world where everyone’s hats talk or all dogs text instead of bark?

I would rather live in a world where all dogs text instead of bark. I would LOVE to know what my dog HAS to say at 3 in the morning while I’m sleeping!
